Master Plan for May River Crossing – notes below updated as 02.12.2021

Building A & A1: Confirmed for Publix Shopping Center – opening late March/early April 2021.  Certificates of construction compliance and Certificates of occupancy have been delivered which will allow stocking of stores and training employees. 

Building A2 & C: Planned for retail/restaurant use, but there is no confirmed tenant information as of 02.12.2021

Building A4: Confirmed for Starbucks – has gone through planning commission and review board.  Possible opening late Spring/early Summer 2021. 

Area A5: Park area with open air pavilion.  Can be similar vision to the outdoor space at Shelter Cove on HHI.

Building E: in FINAL development review – will be a Heartland Dental office, the same dentist that is outside of Publix on Buckwalter)

Building B, D, G & F: Future development as market demands.  All commercial retail/restaurant uses. 


CVS – This Master Plan was originally approved 10-12 years ago, at which time CVS did plan on opening a store at that location and purchased that land.  Although it remains owned by CVS, at this time there is no development plans submitted for review, but should they decide to move forward, they would need to go through the process and planning commission.
